Shark’s Tail Skin 、動植物學名 Selachimorpha、魚唇、翅裙

This part of shark fish skin is found at the tail section where the tail fin attaches to the tail body.

It looks like a golden “yatch like triangle” and it is translucent and rather thick in appearance.

The nutrition value is the same as the shark’s fin. The value in price is only a fraction to the shark’s fin.

It is rich in collagen.  Collagen is also found in the human skin.
